See a Dr: If your miscarriage was 5 days ago, and your pain intensity has increased, this may be a sign of a complication from your miscarriage. Keep in mind that this may be normal, however, if the pain is excessive and worsening then i recommend you to be seen immediately to rule out any retained products of conception, infection, or incomplete miscarriage.
