Disclaimer

my period has been delayed for over one month already due to exercising on my stationary bike for over an hour each day. should i exercise for less than an hour to bring my menstrual cycle back to normal?

Try it: I assume pregnancy is not an issue. It's true that very vigorous regular exercise can disrupt hormonal balance and cause amenorrhea. Reduce your exercise schedule and see if normal menstrual cycle returns. If not consult a gynecologist for evaluation and advice.
