: "Postinor 2" as a contraceptive is not 100% preventative of pregnancy. A late period with "menstrual symptoms" can indicate early pregnancy, so obtain a home pregnancy test or get a serum HCG test to be certain about pregnancy. Stress (job, emotional, school) can also delay ovulation, which will delay the onset of menstruation.
