Ovarian cyst ?'s: A "large ovarian cyst" which "ruptured" usually does not cause vaginal bleeding with "clots". If you are not using low dose oral bcp's, and pregnancy is possible, obtain a serum HCG test to be certain about pregnancy. See your gyn provider to ascertain the actual cause of the bleeding, as miscarriage, uterine polyps or hormonal abnormalities may cause this.
