Possibly: Sometimes blood in the urine can actually be coming from the rectum. If the doctor does a urinalysis and says there's blood in urine, then you can believe it. Blood from rectum due to constipation is way more common than blood in urine. Your ovarian cyst isn't related to possible blood in urine or rectum. I would take MiraLAX (polyethylene glycol) to help have bowel movement, and increase your hydration.
