What can cause an enlarged lymph node in a 13 month olds groin? should i call the doctor in the morning or see if it reduces in size?

Lots of things: The lymph nodes process body serum to remove debris & germs. The swell when working. Something as simple as a vaccine in that leg or a local skin rash can trigger the swelling. Once they swell they seldom go down to resting size in less than 3 wks. Call if you wish.
