Decongestant: If you have a known history of migraine headaches but do not currently have appropriate prescription medications, there are a variety of simple treatments you can try from 'migraine strength' otc pain relievers to decongestants.In theory, at least one component of migraines is blood vessel dilation in and around the brain.Decongestants shrink the vessels down & can decrease the pain.
