CDR: Grains contain phytic acid, which, when untreated, combines with calcium, magnesium, copper, iron and zinc within the intestinal track. This results in the blocking of the absorption of these minerals. CDR redoxon has vitamin C and Zinc. Two things to try. Soak the oats which removes the phytic acid or take the product before eating or an hour after eating.

Yes: They do not affect each other, so you may take it after eating oatmeal.
