My urethral opening on my penis hurts a little when i press on it. it doesnt hurt to pee but should i go check it out? can it be an infection or something related to an std ?

Chlamydia & gonorrhea both can have few if any symptoms in patients of either gender & mild symptoms as noted may be present. The outlet can also be irritated by some skin germs that would cause the same pattern. The only way to know would be to get it checked out.
