TSH unreliable!: This is very common. Many who are hypothyroid have a "normal" TSH. See http://tinyurl.com/nrww2qg, https://tinyurl.com/6mcwvzy and https://tinyurl.com/yyp9bkon for detailed discussions of this. You might have Type 2 Hypothyroidism: https://tinyurl.com/yboayjt5 Ask to get a Free T3 and Thyroid autoantibodies. Those with a Free T3 in the lower end of the normal range often benefit from treatment.

You could have: another hormonal condition that mimics hypothyroid symptoms, such as testosterone (if male) or female hormonal issues, or vitamin deficiency, or anemia. Also sometimes needs to check the entire thyroid panel including total T3 and free T4, in addition to the TSH so you can get the entire picture of your thyroid function. Please see your healthcare provider.
