Not internal symptom: HPV is human papilloma virus and infects some cells on the surfaces of certain body parts. Surfaces include the skin surface, surface of the cervix, surface of the anus, surface of the mouth or throat, etc. Shock-like pains would be coming from internal places deeper than the surface, so are not caused by this virus... meaning they are presumably caused by other issues.
