Possibly Sjögrens: A primary care doc should evaluate your condition for causes associated with your symptoms. Your dry mouth may be a result of autoimmune conditions such as Sjögren's, lupus, or other collagen vascular diseases. Your tongue maybe come inflamed as can your gums leading to the discomfort with warm foods. Good luck.
