I am sneezing recently and my left ear is tinnitus.

Sneezing suggests ..: allergy to something inhaled or a viral URI. The tinnitus is not uncommon when the nose is congested. You might start with an antihistamine. Benadryl is fast acting but sedating. Less sedating are loratidine or cetirizine & can be given once daily. For long term control, nasal inhaled steroids work well but take several days to work. See Doc if fever, shortness of breath, or ear pain.
