URI: This is most likely a viral upper respiratory tract infection which will run its course in a several days or so. Symptomatic relief can be provided with Tylenol, lozenges, good fluid intake and appropriate dose of decongestant nasal spray. Your pharmacist can recommend ear drops to alleviate mild earache. The nasal spray should also help this but only use nasal spray doses approved for children.

Hello,since monday i have runny nose,sneezing,sore ears,mild sore throat.Been taking OTC meds and now only have runny nose,some phlegm in throat,possible post nasal drip.Slight tighness in chest since friday.Should i see a docted or treat at home?
Thick yellowish post nasal drip. It is accompanied by migraines (around left ear, mostly above it), pain inside of nasal cavity, clicking sounds inside nose. Stuffy nose. Sore throat. No sneezing. No cough. Been happening for more than 3 months.
