My 6 year old son has retractile left testicle,its easily manuvered down, but it moves back up after sometime .its been 2 years i found it when he was 4.worried.

Relax: As long as it is down some/most of the time it is available for regular exam and you know it is not lost inside the abdomen where it could cause problems over time. His doc should evaluate it at every regular exam. As he gets older it may drop & stay down. To bring it down & pin it into the scrotum would require general anesthesia & a significant uncomfortable recovery. Discuss with his doc.
