Prevent dehydration: Thirsty? dehydrated! Sweating heavily? loosing fluids that can lead to dehydration Light headed & dizzy? dehydrated! Urine the color of dark yellow or amber? dehydrated! Prevention is the key! Older folks and those with diabetes, kidney disease, high blood pressure, etc. are more susceptible to dehydration and it's consequences (dizziness can cause fall and bone fractures, etc.)
