Really, the most: likely explanation for this is anxiety, which you probably know. Talking on the phone is not that unusual a circumstance to cause anxiety...many people experience this (I kind of do!) You need the help of a therapist or counselor who can help you learn a different response through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Ask your doctor or someone you trust for a referral. You can be helped.
