Burnt roof of mouth about 2 weeks ago. feels like there is a tiny hole and is red. could this be oral cancer ?

No. : If this appeared after the burn it’s because of it, it should resolve in a couple of weeks, if it doesn’t please get checked up by your dentist.

Consult Dentist: Did you happen to eat a very hot food like hot pizza or drink a very hot liquid which resulted in your condition? If that is the case it may heal up in a 10-15 days. If this was not the case, thorough exam by Oral Pathologist / oral surgeon is recommended. They need to rule out any pathology.
