Pain killers: Unless contraindicated, then see your doctor for evaluation and management, and possible referral to a neurologist / ENT specialist or an ophthalmologist. Headache is a symptom of multiple disorders / diseases, although there are types of headaches as tension headaches, cluster headaches, etc.. that are seperate entities, but still need to be diagnosed after excluding other causes, good luck
