There are different types of headaches which are addressed through different methods. Would let your parents know you have a bad headaches. Sometimes something as simple as Paracetamol / Acetaminophen, rest and hydration can do the trick. If you develop the worst headache of your life with trouble bending your neck that could require urgent medical evaluation.

If you suffer repetitive bad headaches, see a neurologist. Find out if you have migraine or another condition causing this.

I agree with the previous answer, and would add muscle pain of the face and head are commonly described as "headaches." Muscle tension could be a result of a poorly function jaw joint knows as a TMJ disorder. Measure the lateral jaw motion which should be more than 12mm both left and right.
