Anxiety: It seems you have been struggling with this high anxiety and sleep disturbance for 10 years while in the military. If this problem is caused by trauma then a Clinical Psychologist can help you with psychotherapy and Psychiatrist can help with medication. If there is a specific problem or conflict you are trying to solve you are entitled to problem-solving non-medical counseling sessions.
