Blood vessel stiff: Hello. Actually there's no device that can do that. You can have an estimated level of stiffness by measuring your blood pressure with a regular blood pressure cuff. If the blood pressure is elevated you may have your blood vessels stiffness. However you could consult an internal medicine doctor to check if you have a disease that could be causing that stiffness.
