Yes: The back of the nose opens into the back of the throat, so it is all one space back there. Blood has nutrients such as iron. It is fine to swallow blood when one has a nosebleed. The stomach digests the blood for its nutrients. Swallowing a little blood is better than spewing nosebleed blood all over one's hands, clothes, furniture, carpeting, carseat, etc...
