Nose bleeds: may be trauma, nose dry/friable from cold /dry air (even if runs), picking, allergies , HTN, rarely autoimmune disease , masses in nose can also be from cocaine, rarely first sign of leukemia. Usually we check CBC to make sure platelets OK , blood count OK, sometimes PT/PTTT/INR bleeding parameters. Try vasoline inside tip at night, if recurrent get ENT ,sed rate . f/u w/doc
