Post-nasal drip : Post-nasal drip syndrome has different etiologies (allergic, nonallergic and vasomotor rhinitis, acute nasopharyngitis, etc). Usually, antihistamines (1rst>2nd gen) are effective in treating this condition. Its important to have a good history and PE in order to make a good diagnosis. Other treatment options include intranasal glucocorticoids, PO decongestants, nasal antihistamines
