Just got over a sinus infect. & finished zpak yesterday. today, i have a horrible post nasal drip again! ive taken zyrtec & dymista but nothing helps!

Sinusitis: Zpak is not a good treatment for a sinusitis infection. It is the wrong coverage and completely inadequate for typical bacterial infection. The only time it helps is when the inflammation is actually due to viral infection that would have resolved spontaneously. You will need to go back to your doctor for a more appropriate antibiotic such as Augmentin (amoxicillin and clavulanate) for 10 days.
