A member asked:

I'm turning 40 years of age, male and had a blood test indicating that i have low testosterone levels. how can i safely increase my levels?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Normal decline: As you age testosterone levels decline, it is normal aging. If you are not presenting any sign or symptom, there is no need to increase the level (probably normal aging decline) however if you have any go with an endocrinologist to make sure everything is alright!
