Symptoms?: Depending on symptoms a variety of therapies may help. Physical/ occupational therapy and massage should be part of the combo. There is also a good chance that symptoms are due to more than 1 cause and attention should be paid to the shoulder joint and corresponding spine.

Some basics: Please understand that the propaganda promoting creams & lotions for muscle aches/pains are just that. Such creams/lotions do not penetrate the skin more than a few layers but they can generate sensations that mask pain. They do not change any thing within the muscles.If you want to rebuild muscle you need to do the work of physical therapy guided by someone with knowledge of your injuries.
