See your Family Doc: You didn't describe how you "popped" your shoulder but depending upon intensity of pain and (lack of) response to OTC pain medication, you should seek medical evaluation, whether your Family Doc or local Urgent Care or even ER if nothing else is available. I'd be more concerned if injury was from high energy trauma or if you can't move arm/hands or if obvious deformity.

Please get evaluated: Shoulder pain and your "pop," could have multiple causes or reasons. If the pain is intractable and motion is limited, an ED visit is often necessary.
