I had steroid injections in lower lumbar today, afterward i have not stopped sneezing and also clear drip from nose, should i be concerned ?

Sneezing: This would be a most unusual side effect. An allergic reaction to something in the environment or an early viral upper respiratory tract infection would be more likely. Try a decongestant nasal spray like neosynephrine. If this doesn't help add a steroid nasal spray like flonase. Taking an antihistamine like benadryl(may cause drowsiness) or claritin (nondrowsy) may help also.
