Hi doctor what can i take for my strep throat, post nasal drip, runny nose and nasal congestion. i am 32 weeks pregnant. i also think that now my tonsils are inflamed.

Get confirmed: A sore throat may/not be strep A. If it is confirmed by simple office based testing (5 min) you can be treated with a number of antibiotics that will not harm the baby. Without confirmation you can simply suck on throat lozenges or ice chips for comfort.
