I've got a sharp pain at the back on my left shoulder blade. i've had the pain for 4 days now and i initially thought it was a muscle strain that caused it.

Pain: Left shoulder blade pain is commonly a strain of your rhomboid muscle. However, pain can be from neck or back. Internal problems such as pleurisy, pneumonia, PE possible. Fever, Cough, Symptoms change when you take a breath? Cardiac conditions can go to back too.
