Pain: Left shoulder blade pain is commonly a strain of your rhomboid muscle. However, pain can be from neck or back. Internal problems such as pleurisy, pneumonia, PE possible. Fever, Cough, Symptoms change when you take a breath? Cardiac conditions can go to back too.
