Quality of Sleep: It could be that you need more sleep but most likely the issue is the quality of your sleep. Do you snore? Do you share a bed? You could possibly have sleep apnea and this would mean that the sleep you get is not effective. You might consider talking to your md about a sleep study to determine what's going on. You also could have an underlying medical issue that blood work could detect as well.
