Abnormal heart beats: The symptoms of AVRT are typical for SVT. They most often include palpitations, lightheadedness, and/or dizziness. Episodes usually last from a few minutes to several hours. Reentrant tachycardias are a family of rapid cardiac arrhythmias caused by abnormal electrical connections in the heart. See your cardiologist or PCP for further evaluation of your continued fatigue
