I have been on qlaira for more than 3 months but my cycle seems to be changing from 28 days to 21 days can i adjust how i take it to suit my cycle or must i change it? i have used it in the past and it worked well for me but now i am not so sure

No need : to change pill, continue on the recommended schedule of taking the pills regardless of bleeding time. If this continues to be off track discuss with your doctor for possible adjustments, so that you don't interfere with the contraceptive effectiveness, bleeding off schedule does not indicate a decrease in effectiveness.
