Lymphoma: can affect lymph nodes in any part of the body.Submental lymph node enlarge would be a rare presentation, usually cervical or axillary. Have it examined with careful follow up. You should also get blood work to check for lymphocytosis.

Hey, what is a normal lymph node? And how can I tell if I have normal nodes? I've always had feleable 1/2 inch nodes in my submental, submandibular and cervical areas and I'm just trying to find out if this is normal since I'm slim?
Scattered lymph nodes throughout the cervical, submandibular, submental and supraclavicular and retropectoral regions subcentimetre in size.
I have a feelable submandibular, submental and cervical lymph node. There all below half an inch in size and theyve never changed. Ive had them for 2 years. I'm also slim too and only 18. Could this be cancer or something such as Lyphoma?
