Ok to feel rapid heartbeat/breathing, high bp, stomach pain, chest tightness, fatigue during amoxicillin treatment for pneumonia 6days? fem, 64 yo.

Not amoxicillin: Amoxicillin doesn't cause problems like this, except maybe slight stomach upset. But all these symptoms are common in anyone with pneumonia. Discuss with the doctor treating you.
