Anxiety: It sounds like you might be experiencing significant anticipatory anxiety. Consider tai chi, yoga, Qi Gong, progressive muscle relaxation, deep breathing exercises or meditation. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy may also help you to get out of that pattern.
