No more IUI: Since you've failed 5 IUIs, it is no longer a good option for you, especially for someone with endometriosis. One reason patients with endometriosis not able to conceive naturally, is because the endometriosis will cause pelvic adhesion and tubal dysfunction. IVF is a much better option. If you are afraid of using drugs, you may choose natural cycle IVF or mild stimulation IVF.
