I woke up this morning with what looks like to me like hives but i have no allergies so not sure if it's something else?

Could still be hives: In my experience I have seen many patients develop hives who had no “known” allergies, and in many cases the exact cause of the hives remained unclear. I would suggest seeing your Dr to confirm whether or not it is urticaria or a similar rash like a contact dermatitis, dermatographism, viral exanthem or other dermatitis. Hope you feel better soon!
