Cardiologist: Echocardiography cannot be relied upon alone in the diagnosis and following of pulmonary hypertension. Your echocardiogram suggests it's presence. Aortic valve disease appears significant. A cardiologist is best qualified to evaluate, advise and follow you. Cardiac catheterization may be advised as part of your assessment.
