Headache: If this was a very severe headache of rapid onset I would recommend that she go to the hospital emergency room. With a dull headache of gradual onset without other symptoms except nausea, administer Tylenol and look for gradual improvement. This could be a tension headache, migraine or sinus related. For recurrent headaches a neurologist is best to evaluate and treat her.
