Knee pain : Knee pain can come from the following: muscle pain, ligament inflammation, torn cartilage in the knee, the knee cap tracking improperly, arthritis, hip problem, thigh or lower leg bone problems and the list goes on. It's best to see a doctor in person. The in-person examination moving and palpating the knee and leg are the keys to diagnosing the knee.
