Exam needed: I am not sure that all your symptoms are interrelated. I do think you need to be evaluated by a physician,surgeon, gastroenterologist or gynecologist. Abdominal swelling after a normal bowel movement is quite atypical. Appropriate testing will be done and a referral to the proper specialist may be then recommended.
