? FM: A teenager w, hyperventilation & fatigue, flank pain, abdominal cramps & light headedness. A general med exam needed & if nothing found consider fibromyalgia, which oft has associated symptoms of IBS, myalgia, POTS, recurrent syncope, panic attacks, & restless sleep w. daytime fatigue.
