I have had a constant personal..... infection for a month now. i have been having them a lot for the past few months. but it has gotten worse. i have been using creams but nothing is taking it away.

What infection??: "Personal infection" is a meaningless term. Most likely you're referring to a problem in the genital area, rectum, etc. But even that isn't nearly enough information to help. Post a new infection with more detail, preferably the exact problem or whatever diagnosis has been made. Don't let modesty limit what you say: we can't help without the details.
