I've used choltrimazole for months now because of penile yeast infection all std's results are negative.. but it keeps coming back unless i keep applying the cream. what's happening?

Try boxers instead of briefs, sleep commando at night, looser pants, after drying after shower, let air dry for 15 minutes more. Also, ask doc about checking for diabetes as yeast infections are much more common and hard to get rid of in this group of people. Air it out!
