Rash: I would consider the most likely cause of this diffuse macular eruption to be a viral infection, especially if there is no itching. An allergic reaction is another possibility, even without itching. Can you pinpoint any triggers? Medications, supplements, foods? A dermatologist could evaluate and advise you if the rash persists.
