Lymphocytic colitis: Most physicians haven't much experience with lymphocytic colitis, but your gastroenterologist would know much more about it and the odds of its recurrences. However I have seen patients develop a type of irritable colon syndrome after c diff enteritis as well as after other types of infectious diarrhea problems.
