Some reassurance: First, each lab has their reference ranges of normal % of WBC's and its components- verify these ranges. Second, the absolute cell # are important to look at since they my still be normal despite any changes in their %- look at them. Third, if you feel well, then some variation in labs can be tolerated since docs treat patient, not numbers. Otherwise, call your clinic if you're still worried.

Relax: Relax. The basos are normal. The monocytes are barely elevated and you can get that with a trivial viral illness like a cold. You don't need help, you need to relax. Your doctor did all that lab work and said everything was fine. Believe in him or her.
